There can be times in life when we can find ourselves seeking answers and asking questions about Why, What and How something happened. Big life changes can leave us feeling unsure, abandoned, and lost. At times such as this we can feel unsure of our direction, and just need a touch of clarity to help us on our way.

In our busy lives we can sometimes feel overwhelmed and stress can make us snappy and irritated. At these times it can feel so good to chat about things, and to find helpful insights and the extra understanding, support, and reassurance to help us on our way.

The sense of loss and longing can be immense when a loved ones passes and life can seem to go on without us. We can the grief deeply and at times such as this, it can be so beautiful to find that they are close and ready to bring us messages.

Confusion can grow when we can't let the past go and seem unable to move on. We may have patterns, thoughts or memories that keep returning and our confusion can grow when we can't set ourselves free or find peace. At times like these, finding ways to help us restore balance and clarity can help us to get on track again.

I understand how it can feel to be lost, grieving, and in shock about events in the past. I can relate, and this is why my heart reaches out to help others who may be going through similar things.

If you would like to have a little chat about how I can help you, then please get in touch. An email would be ideal, and please provide your phone number so that we can arrange an introductory chat. Take your time to feel if you would like this. I hope to make your acquaintance at a future date!

I acknowledge and give my respects to the Traditional Owners of Country and to their Elders past, present, and emerging, throughout Australia, and their continuing connection to land, waters, and community. I acknowledge and pay my respects to their culture, heritage, and history and to this ancient land in all its beauty and sacredness.
