Do I need to be spiritual to benefit from a session with Sarah?

Accepted Answer

You can be new to the world of spirit, or highly developed spiritually - and each session will flow as needed, to help bring each client the guidance and insights and spirit connections that help them to  their highest benefit.

I tailor each session to the needs of my client, and meet them where they are in their life - so that clients don't need to be 'spiritual' or understand how spirit works to find support, connections, and guidance that help them.

Sessions unfold in ways that are unique to each person, and help in ways that are suited to each person at that time - from practical and down-to-earth insights, to deeply soulful and esoteric guidance - and all stages in between.

Question 2

How does a Zoom or Phone Consultation compare to In-Person Consultations?

This is a great question!
 
Clients find that Zoom and phone consultations are just as beneficial as meeting in peson. The energies flow, the insights are equally many, and the connections for readings is the same as when we are in person. We really do feel like we are in the room together.
 
When I am providing a mediumship consultation, then the loved ones who visit are close by to the client and me. Loved ones can be brought close, and can be asked to be with the client, if this is preferred. In this way, my client is able to feel and sense their loved ones close to them.
 
I have been providing phone consultations for many years, for clients who live interstate and overseas. Some clients actually prefer phone consultations to meeting in person.
 
Phone consultations are great because when we are listening, then we focus more clearly, and there are fewer distractions. If my client is able to use headphones then this is an added bonus, because then their hands are free to take notes.
 
I often recommend to my clients that they might like to drive somewhere with a beautiful view so that they can gaze at nature during their consultation. Alternatively, they can make themselves very comfy at home, and really relax into the consultation. One client of mine likes to go for a walk for her consultation and, because she has headphones, this works really well for both of us.
 
Zoom is very easy to use and designed for work and business. I think this is the reason why a consultation via Zoom feels so much like having a meeting in a consultation room :) When we begin and turn on our microphones and cameras - this feels just like when we are getting comfortable in the consultation room. We then get settled with water and pen and paper - just as we would in the consultation room.
 
Zoom really is perfect for those times when we want to be able to see and communicate visually, and yet don't feel like driving to a consultation, and would rather be at home in a relaxing environment.
 
There is a particular aspect of clairvoyant mediumship consultations by Zoom and phone, that I have found to be wonderful - and makes them potentially preferable to in-person consultations. This aspect is that, with a Zoom or phone consultation at home, then the loved ones in spirit can be there, with the client at home, for an extended time after the consultation because they are not leaving a clinic to go home. Having the loved one at home for a while longer in this way can be wonderful and very reassuring - and this would, of course, not be possible if we were in the clinic.

What intuitive and psychic senses does Sarah use in Sessions?

I use all my intuitive and psychic senses in sessions, and sessions can include all or some of the following:-

Clairvoyance - My clairvoyant gifts help sessions to unfold with clarity and depth. There can be times, when, as part of the guidance, a picture may appear clairvoyantly - that relates specifically to my client at that time, helping to bring deeper self-awareness, describe a situation more clearly, or to reveal a future potential for themselves and their lives.

All Intuitive Senses - During all sessions, from Heartfelt Intuitive Guidance and Healing Spirit Mediumship, to Energy Healing and Past Life readings, I connect with all my  intuitive senses flowing - the senses of vision, hearing, touch, and knowing, and, less frequently, the senses of taste and smell. All of the details that flow in a session help to deepen the messages and bring more awareness and understanding. This depth of connection also helps to 'flesh out' a person in spirit - and bring them into the session in ways that are active and in real-time - to help bring a deep sense of connection that flows with clarity to bring healing, transformation, and reassurance.

Channelled Messages - From spirit and from guides. In all sessions, the insights and guidance from loved ones and guides can flow gracefully with a clear connection. I help to translate the messages that are flowing to my client - in a very conversational way, so that the guidance can feel like a deep and resonant chat. In this way, clients have the time to respond, ask ask questions and, if they want, to join in 3-way-conversation.

Past Life Incarnations - During Past Life readings, then the person that my client was - in another lifetime - is able to step forwards, as the part of the soul that they are, yet from a different time. When this happens, then this person in spirit appears in high detail, as the essence of who they were. In this way, my client is able to receive a clear 'bigger picture' and deeper understanding of the person that they were, about what they were experiencing in those other times, and how those things relate to them in this lifetime.

Yes, absolutely, you are very welcome to ask me questions about any and every area of your life!

I bring you sessions that support you with a clear and loving connection to spirit, and to the timeline of the soul - helping me to help you with all areas of spirit and human life.

Sessions can flow in any direction of your choosing - and if you have many questions, then please bring a list of questions to our time together.

In each individual session, the focus is upon you - and my role is to help support you in your life, and in any area of your life, that is needing clarity. Of course, this  also means that the sessions can go in unexpected directions - or that answer your questions, yet in ways that are unexpected.

Each session is supported by a deep and balanced river of soul-level intuitive understanding, connection, and awareness. This helps me to provide you with awareness of the bigger-picture of your life, soul direction, and growth,  from the past, to the present and into the future - as well as the intricate detail of your current circumstances.

Sessions flow with care and compassion to support you at your pace, and to help you to experience deep levels of healing and growth. Some clients find that regular monthly sessions help them to progress in ways that are deeply aligned, and help them to feel reassured as they progress.
