Terms and Conditions for Services provided by Sarah Walker at Sarah Walker Wisdom

When you book a session or consultation with Sarah Walker at Sarah Walker Wisdom, the following Terms and Conditions apply. Please read them carefully before making your booking. By proceeding with your booking, you are confirming that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions.

 

Please also ensure you read the Disclaimer, which forms an important part of your agreement with Sarah Walker and Sarah Walker Wisdom.

 

1. Consultations and Fees

Sessions are offered on an hourly fee basis.

 

If additional time is requested and available, fees will apply in 15-minute increments (up to an additional 60 minutes) at the pro-rata hourly rate.

 

Occasionally, Sarah may offer up to 10 minutes of additional time at no extra cost if guided to do so. This is not guaranteed and is at her discretion.

 

2. Payment

Bookings via the website: Payment is required at the time of booking by debit/credit card, PayPal, or Afterpay.

 

Bookings directly with Sarah: Payment is due at the time of booking or no later than two days before the session. Payment options include debit/credit card, PayPal, or bank transfer.

 

3. Booking Arrangements

Phone consultations: Sarah will contact you on the number provided. Please ensure you are ready at the agreed time.

 

Online consultations: Sessions are hosted via Zoom unless otherwise agreed. It is your responsibility to have a working app and connection before your consultation.

 

In-person consultations: Details will be arranged directly with Sarah.

 

4. Timing, Attendance, and Changes

Please allow up to 10 minutes for Sarah to join you, as sessions may occasionally run slightly over time.

 

If you are late:

 

Up to 10 minutes late – your full session will still be provided.

 

More than 10 minutes late – your session may be shortened accordingly, without refund.

 

Non-attendance: No refunds are given if you miss your session.

 

Changing your booking:

 

If Sarah needs to reschedule, she will contact you promptly.

 

If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to avoid a 100% cancellation fee.

 

Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice are non-refundable.

 

Change of mind:

 

No refunds are given, though you may reschedule your session to another time.

 

5. Recordings

Sarah does not record sessions unless specifically requested and agreed upon. All recordings of sessions must be agreed in advance with Sarah Walker.

 

Clients are asked not to record sessions themselves in order to maintain sacred space and ensure the best flow of connection.

If a client makes a recording without permission, this can disrupt the flow of spiritual connection and reduce the quality of the session. In such cases, no refund will be provided, and Sarah reserves the right to end the session early.

 

Audio recordings (if agreed) incur an administration fee.

 

Video recordings are only available by prior arrangement and may incur an additional fee.
 

6. Energy Clearing

Energy Clearing services are complex and results cannot be guaranteed.

 

Each situation is unique and outcomes may unfold over time. Sarah will explain any follow-up actions that may support your process.

 

Additional time (if required) will be charged at the pro-rata hourly rate.

 

Written reports are optional and may incur additional fees, depending on the size and nature of the property.

 

7. Confidentiality and Privacy

All client details and session content are treated with respect and confidentiality.

 

Your personal information is collected only for the purposes of managing your booking and ongoing communication.

8. Copyright

All content on the Sarah Walker Wisdom website (including text, images, logo, blog posts, and other materials) is protected by copyright.
