Do I need to be spiritual to benefit from a session with Sarah?

You can be new to the world of spirit, or highly developed spiritually - and each session will flow as needed, to help bring each client the guidance and insights and spirit connections that help them to  their highest benefit.

I tailor each session to the needs of my client, and meet them where they are in their life - so that clients don't need to be 'spiritual' or understand how spirit works to find support, connections, and guidance that help them.

Sessions unfold in ways that are unique to each person, and help in ways that are suited to each person at that time - from practical and down-to-earth insights, to deeply soulful and esoteric guidance - and all stages in between.

Question 2

How does a Zoom or Phone Consultation compare to In-Person Consultations?

This is a great question!
 
Clients find that Zoom and phone consultations are just as beneficial as meeting in peson. The energies flow, the insights are equally many, and the connections for readings is the same as when we are in person. We really do feel like we are in the room together.
 
When I am providing a mediumship consultation, then the loved ones who visit are close by to the client and me. Loved ones can be brought close, and can be asked to be with the client, if this is preferred. In this way, my client is able to feel and sense their loved ones close to them.
 
I have been providing phone consultations for many years, for clients who live interstate and overseas. Some clients actually prefer phone consultations to meeting in person.
 
Phone consultations are great because when we are listening, then we focus more clearly, and there are fewer distractions. If my client is able to use headphones then this is an added bonus, because then their hands are free to take notes.
 
I often recommend to my clients that they might like to drive somewhere with a beautiful view so that they can gaze at nature during their consultation. Alternatively, they can make themselves very comfy at home, and really relax into the consultation. One client of mine likes to go for a walk for her consultation and, because she has headphones, this works really well for both of us.
 
Zoom is very easy to use and designed for work and business. I think this is the reason why a consultation via Zoom feels so much like having a meeting in a consultation room :) When we begin and turn on our microphones and cameras - this feels just like when we are getting comfortable in the consultation room. We then get settled with water and pen and paper - just as we would in the consultation room.
 
Zoom really is perfect for those times when we want to be able to see and communicate visually, and yet don't feel like driving to a consultation, and would rather be at home in a relaxing environment.
 
There is a particular aspect of clairvoyant mediumship consultations by Zoom and phone, that I have found to be wonderful - and makes them potentially preferable to in-person consultations. This aspect is that, with a Zoom or phone consultation at home, then the loved ones in spirit can be there, with the client at home, for an extended time after the consultation because they are not leaving a clinic to go home. Having the loved one at home for a while longer in this way can be wonderful and very reassuring - and this would, of course, not be possible if we were in the clinic.

What intuitive and psychic senses does Sarah use in Sessions?

I use all my intuitive and psychic senses in sessions, and sessions can include all or some of the following:-

Clairvoyance - My clairvoyant gifts help sessions to unfold with clarity and depth. There can be times, when, as part of the guidance, a picture may appear clairvoyantly - that relates specifically to my client at that time, helping to bring deeper self-awareness, describe a situation more clearly, or to reveal a future potential for themselves and their lives.

All Intuitive Senses - During all sessions, from Heartfelt Intuitive Guidance and Healing Spirit Mediumship, to Energy Healing and Past Life readings, I connect with all my  intuitive senses flowing - the senses of vision, hearing, touch, and knowing, and, less frequently, the senses of taste and smell. All of the details that flow in a session help to deepen the messages and bring more awareness and understanding. This depth of connection also helps to 'flesh out' a person in spirit - and bring them into the session in ways that are active and in real-time - to help bring a deep sense of connection that flows with clarity to bring healing, transformation, and reassurance.

Channelled Messages - From spirit and from guides. In all sessions, the insights and guidance from loved ones and guides can flow gracefully with a clear connection. I help to translate the messages that are flowing to my client - in a very conversational way, so that the guidance can feel like a deep and resonant chat. In this way, clients have the time to respond, ask ask questions and, if they want, to join in 3-way-conversation.

Past Life Incarnations - During Past Life readings, then the person that my client was - in another lifetime - is able to step forwards, as the part of the soul that they are, yet from a different time. When this happens, then this person in spirit appears in high detail, as the essence of who they were. In this way, my client is able to receive a clear 'bigger picture' and deeper understanding of the person that they were, about what they were experiencing in those other times, and how those things relate to them in this lifetime.

Yes, absolutely, you are very welcome to ask me questions about any and every area of your life!

I bring you sessions that support you with a clear and loving connection to spirit, and to the timeline of the soul - helping me to help you with all areas of spirit and human life.

Sessions can flow in any direction of your choosing - and if you have many questions, then please bring a list of questions to our time together.

In each individual session, the focus is upon you - and my role is to help support you in your life, and in any area of your life, that is needing clarity. Of course, this  also means that the sessions can go in unexpected directions - or that answer your questions, yet in ways that are unexpected.

Each session is supported by a deep and balanced river of soul-level intuitive understanding, connection, and awareness. This helps me to provide you with awareness of the bigger-picture of your life, soul direction, and growth,  from the past, to the present and into the future - as well as the intricate detail of your current circumstances.

Sessions flow with care and compassion to support you at your pace, and to help you to experience deep levels of healing and growth. Some clients find that regular monthly sessions help them to progress in ways that are deeply aligned, and help them to feel reassured as they progress.

What is a Clairvoyant?

What is a clairvoyant?
A clairvoyant is someone who can see the world of spirit clearly - and can also be known as a 'seer’ or described as being  ‘clear-seeing'. They can see things at the level of energy and spirit, and this can include colour, form, and movement.

A clairvoyant can also be described as someone who is able to see the world of spirit without obstruction - and is able to see things in the world around us that are usually hidden or invisible. In this way, a clairvoyant can see things that are invisible to or hidden from our regular physical eyesight.

Do all clairvoyants see in the same way?
Not all clairvoyants see in the same way.  The kinds of things that clairvoyants see can vary greatly, and can include things such as colour, vibrations of energy, auras, people in spirit, entities, ascended masters, angels, and soul guides.

What does the word clairvoyant mean?
The word 'clairvoyant' comes from the French words, 'clair', which means 'clear', and the word 'voyant', which means ‘to see’, a 'seer', or 'one who sees'.

What are the 6 'clair' senses of the intuition?

The ‘clair’ senses are literally the ‘clear’ senses of perception that are related to the 5 ‘regular’ senses of our body. The word ‘Clair’ comes from the French word for ‘clear’.

The clair-senses are more subtle and heightened than the regular senses. The way I find easiest to describe the clair-senses, is by looking at how they are different from our regular senses of perception: -

Our regular senses are built for the physical world and enable us to perceive the physical world around us. The regular physical senses are related to our physical body which is solid and visible, and they therefore help us perceive the physical world around us that is also solid and visible.

The clair-senses by comparison are built for the world of spirit-soul and energy, enabling us to perceive the world of spirit-soul and energy around us. The clair-senses are related to our energy body and our spirit-soul body, which is invisible and imperceptible to the regular physical senses.

The clair-senses enable us to perceive the world energy and of spirit-soul and energy around us, and that exists beyond ‘regular’ perception.

We have 5 senses of physical perception – sight, sound, smell, taste, and touch.

We have 6 clair-senses, which includes all of the senses related to our regular senses, plus a sixth sense which enables us to intuitively 'know' something.

The regular senses and the intuitive, clair, senses that are connected to them, are as follow:-

What happens during a Spirit Mediumship session?

Accepted Answer

During Spirit Mediumship, people in spirit step forwards to communicate with you, to share, remember, and bring messages. This can bring reassurance, happiness and comfort, dispelling grief as questions are answered and they spend time together with you. You can also find relief flowing because this time can help love and forgiveness to flow, and letting anything that has been troubling you or them, to be heard.

As the session flows, the connection can become stronger, and their communication style will be the same - or very similar - to how you used to speak and be together. Throughout your session, I will help them to find as many ways to connect and communicate with you as possible, so that you are able to enjoy each other's presence and connections to their fullest.

At times they may inspire me to speak a certain way, or to use words that express them - their essence and their personality. You are also welcome to ask them questions and I can bring their answers through for you, as accurately and as close to what they are saying and wishing to express as possible. In this way, messages carry their essence and help you to remember and recognise them.

This can be a life-changing and wonderful experience as connection and communication that can help to heal and mend the past, and bring well-being to heart, mind, and body.

Question 11

How does Sarah connect with Spirit?

Many clients wonder how I communicate with the spirits of people on the other side. As a medium, this ability is something that developed naturally within me, and over many years I have refined and increased my ability to communicate with souls in spirit.

I receive spoken communication telepathically, and I also sense what the person is sharing with me through feelings and sensations in my body, such as the pain that they felt in their body, or feelings relating to what they experienced when they died.

I also see the people in spirit when I am tuned into this - so that I can see the same amount of detail as if they were standing next to me in physical form. This ability to see is called clairvoyance and this gift enables me to bring clients a lot of information about who I am seeing, including what they are wearing and what they are doing.

I am very comfortable with the presence of souls in spirit as they always show themselves to me as they would be when they were alive: animated, and usually joyful for the opportunity to be able to speak with their loved one - my client.

When the connection to people in spirit flows strongly, then their can appear to me more colourfully and clearly - as if they are illuminated with light from within. Their presence in this way during a session feels very comfortable, and this can bring a lot of uplifting, vibrant, and happy energy when they come to join us for the session.

I feel very grateful to have this gift of clear-seeing, and of being able to connect with people in spirit to help their loved ones here in physical form.

I have dedicated my own spiritual and personal development to help me to connect with spirit in ways that are relevant, caring, respectful, and appropriate. This helps me to be able to assist at times when I am in session, and also when I am out and about in my life - and helps me to respond in ways that are loving and healing. In this way, I know that I will be able to sleep well at night, and, to also be present fors times when there are spiritual emergencies and when requested by divine intervention to be present and to assist.

Are People in Spirit happy?

When a soul realises that I can see them, what they are doing, and what they are showing me - and then realise that I bring all these details to the client who it with me - then they can become very enthusiastic about bringing through their messages. Often, they become playful, happy, and excited.

Sometimes, loved ones can even become quite silly, and there can be lots of fun and laughter from them. However, I need to be very aware of my client's needs when this happens, and at times I may need to remain calm while they are doing funny and amusing things next to me. This is purely because their humour and their liveliness may not be appropriate at certain times during a session, particularly when my client is crying with sadness, relief, or happiness, and they need time to allow their tears to flow, and for their emotions to be expressed.

At all times I am mindful of being as accurate as possible in bringing through communications from people in spirit, and explaining and expressing the messages as faithfully and accurately as possible for my client. My client's wellbeing is my utmost priority, and this is the reason why at times I may delay bringing through the humour that is happening around us, until a time when my client is more open to hearing this.

It is highly understandable that there are times when a client may not yet be ready to share the humour and to laugh, when they are feeling immense emotions. Heightened emotions are a natural part of these heart-touching sessions, and at times there can be laughter and tears flowing at the same time.

The degree of happiness from those in spirit often happens because they are so excited to suddenly discover the freedom of being able to be seen. This visual connection that my clairvoyance brings, is something that helps loved ones to bring through many more messages than if they were communicating with words alone.

Occasionally, when someone in spirit realises that I can see them, they can quickly begin to think of how they can best communicate in this way. This is something so wonderful - and it can bring in a playful attitude as they explore this new skill. Added to this is the fact that many of the souls in spirit have not had the experience of being seen in this way,  since they were alive and moving around in their physical body - so the sudden experience of being seen and responded to can bring a rush of glee and joy to them.

These things help to explain why, when a person in spirit knows that I can see them, they can start to bring their messages for their loved ones in ways that are vibrant, active, and colourful. This can be wonderfully uplifting because it means that they can participate in the session and show themselves in ways that they used to when they were healthy and alive in a physical body. In this way, they can share things visually that are unique to them, and this helps to bring reassurance and confirmation of who they are.

With so many levels of loving communication taking place during a mediumship session, this can be a wonderful experience that also helps the energies and emotions to flow - and this helps them to come in close and connect more fully.
