A Time of Rebirth to Sarah Walker Wisdom

A time of growth and healing has been born from a deepening of my journey with spirit - bringing a return to my birth name and a new business name, Sarah Walker Wisdom

I’m so happy to welcome you here.

Over these past few years, life has guided me through profound healing and growth. Walking beside my mother during her transition to spirit — and feeling her continued presence and love - has been an experience of both tenderness and awakening. It has deepened my joy in helping others connect with their own loved ones in spirit and rekindled my devotion to guiding clients through life’s crossroads with insight, compassion, and understanding.

This transformation has brought with it a natural evolution in my work, and with great gratitude, I now share that my practice has become Sarah Walker Wisdom — a new name that reflects both continuity and deep renewal.

A Return to My Birth Name

Some of you may know me from my earlier work as Sara Walker Clairvoyant, and before that through Joyful Hearts Beat As One. Each chapter has been precious and filled with learning. Returning now to my birth name, Sarah, feels like coming home — a gentle affirmation of authenticity and peace.

Sarah Walker Wisdom represents a deepening of purpose — a continuation of my lifelong service to spirit and healing, expressed through wisdom gathered over many years of working with souls in both the physical and spiritual worlds.

My offerings remain rooted in the same heart-centred approach, yet they continue to evolve as I do.I’m expanding my services, refining the structure of my website, and bringing new additions in the days and weeks ahead.
